How CBS Local Offers Works

1. Every day we present amazing discounts and experiences that you can’t find anywhere else. Be sure to sign up for email alerts using the subscribe form to the right so you don’t miss anything!
2. You buy the deal with one simple click. Share deals with friends so you can all enjoy it – and get paid when they purchase!
3. All you have to do is print your voucher and bring it in to the business to enjoy at your convenience.

How do I know when a new deal is posted? Can I sign up for email alerts?

Just enter your email address in the red box to the right, you’ll never miss another deal. You can unsubscribe at any time by either clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting localoffers@cbslocal.com.

I just purchased an offer. Now what?

You will receive an email with a link to your voucher for you to print out. Simply follow the instructions on it to redeem your Local Offer. You can also log in to your account and download your voucher at any time, simply click here.

If you do not receive the email with the voucher link, please check your Junk/SPAM email folders. It is possible your certificate is there waiting for you! Or you can log into your CBS Local Offers account, go to the My Account menu in the top right corner, select "Purchase History", and click "Print Voucher" next to the offer that you purchased.

Why doesn't my old password work?

We’ve recently upgraded our systems and you’ll need to reset your password. Don’t worry, it’ll just take a second and any credits you had on Local Offers will be waiting for you when you log in.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely! We will only share your name with the merchant and we take a variety of measures to ensure safety, security and privacy. We don't share your personal information with anyone. You can review our complete Privacy Policy.

I know a fabulous place that ought to be featured on CBS Local Offers. What should I do?

You can recommend businesses for your city at any time. Just click here to submit your suggestion, or simply tell your merchant about us!

Help! I'm having problems using or I'm unsatisfied with my voucher. What should I do?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Click here to contact us or call us at 1-800-252-4361 and we will be happy to assist you.

Are taxes and gratuity included?

For some Offers, in order to comply with local business laws, there will be tax applied to the purchase price. In these instances, you will be notified before you purchase. However, gratuity is not included in the voucher price, unless specifically stated on the offer page and printed voucher. Please be considerate of our merchant partners and tip on the full retail value of the offer.

I bought an offer and received my voucher. WHEN can I use it?

Each offer is different. Check the terms of your voucher that are displayed on the deal page, and that are also printed on your voucher.

I bought and received a voucher. HOW can I use it?

It's simple! Just print it and show it to the merchant. Note: don't forget to check the terms printed on your voucher. Some merchants might require you to show your ID along with your voucher.

I invited my friend, but I don't see the credit in my account. What's going on?

You will not see the credit until your friend has purchased something. However, it could also be that your friend has not clicked on the actual referral link.

For future reference, you can access a link that you can use to invite your friends to ensure you get credit. Visit RAF landing page to share your personalized referral link via email or social media.

Can I buy a CBS Local Offer in bulk?

Each deal is different. Some deals are limited to only 1 voucher per person to give all users a fair shot at the deal while others may allow you to purchase unlimited quantities. Please see specific deal restrictions for details.

If I give my voucher to a friend will they be able to use it?

They sure will, unless the merchant has specifically indicated otherwise. Check the terms displayed on the deal page, and printed on your voucher.

I have a charge on my credit card, but I haven't received a coupon? What's going on and what can I do?

Sometimes the email with the coupon goes into your spam folder. However, you can login anytime to your CBS Local Offers account to print out your voucher. All you have to do is go to More Deals and login in the upper right hand corner with your email address. From there, you should be able to see your coupons under "My Purchases". There will be an option to print.

How will this purchase appear on my credit card statement?

A voucher purchase will appear on your credit card statement with "Nimblecommerce" as the merchant name. Contact us with questions or issues regarding your billing statement.

How can I pay for my Deals?

We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express® as methods of payment.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of completing your purchase.

What happens if my CBS Local Offers Voucher expires?

When a voucher reaches the stated expiration date, it loses its promotional value, which is the total amount you would have received in services or products.

Not to worry, however. Any voucher purchased after July 2010 that has expired can still be redeemed for the price that you paid (cash value) as long as the gift certificate laws in your state require. Regardless of your state, the cash value of the voucher is valid at the merchant for a minimum of 5 years.

What is a site credit?

If you receive a site credit it will be applied to your CBS Local Offers account within 24 hours. You can use this site credit towards any current or future deals.

What's your refund policy?

CBS Local stands by our offers and works to source only the best businesses and deals for you. We want to be sure you are satisfied with the promotions we feature and the businesses that we represent. If we do not meet that promise, we want to make sure that you are still left satisfied with your CBS Local Offers experience.
The merchant is ultimately responsible for providing you with the goods and services we promote on their behalf, but if you had a negative experience with a business that we featured, please let us know. We would be happy to look into your situation and see what can be done about it. If you purchased a voucher for an event on a specific date, refunds will not be offered after the date of the event. If a merchant has closed down, CBS Local Offers will issue you a site credit.

How do I use a CBS Local Offer Promo Code?

Select any CBS Local Offer, click on the Buy Now button, enter the promo code in the promotion code box, and hit Apply to redeem your discount. Certain restrictions do apply. Our promo codes are only good for CBS Local Offers and will only work on CBS offered deals found at http://offers.cbslocal.com/ under the CBS Local Deals tab. If you are having any difficulty please feel free to contact us.

What Happens If I Do not Receive a Shipment from the Merchant?

If you do not receive a shipment please contact localoffers@cbslocal.com.

If you need to return a shipment to the merchant?

Please contact the merchant from whom you received the product. CBS Local Offers is not liable for any shipping and handling return costs.
