Why You Should Indulge: The Seattle brigade of Indulge Wine School has some high-sips and tips classes for all of you vino-loving folks out there who'd like to brush up on your wine facts. Spend a night sipping, snacking, and learning all about the magic of grapes.
What You Will Learn: In the Wine 101 course, you will learn how wine is made, the key components, storage tips and the power of choosing the right glassware. Classes of 15-20 are privately held in some of the area's premiere restaurants, and include the art of food & wine pairing, and how to purchase vino bottles on your own. You'll also receive a Wine 101 book, wine buying tips sheet, and food & wine paring chart.
What You Will Sip: While your industry-expert instructor imparts his grapes of wisdom on you, you'll be sipping a sparkling wine (Cara Mia Prosecco), 2 whites (Slanted Door Riesling & Sea Mist Chardonnay), 2 reds (Chime Sonoma Pinot Noir & Magness Napa Valley Cab), and 1 dessert wine (Barnard Griffith Port), all delicately paired with freshly prepared appetizers.
