Rattle: Dance Trance incorporates fast footwork, dance rhythms, and a variety of music to keep you moving on your feet. Local instructor Keller Walling is an alumnus of the Jacksonville Dance Trance program and brought all the fun to Buckhead. There are 3 levels to choose from: Beginners (P.A.C.E), Break Down, and Cardio. Mix and match your levels and watch the pounds drop and the rhythm jump.
Roll: Join Keller as she leads you through fitness routines inspired by programs in over 30 American cities weekly (plus Saudi Arabia!). Pick your level or mix and match to get fit, fab, and fast-paced all to the beat of party music and bright lights, and you'll never have to drop the beat.
