Of course sitting on the beach or jetskiing don't exactly build muscle or get your blood flowing. Instead stand up and float out on a paddleboard with Gold Coast Aquatic Adventures.
What You Should Know: Grab a board and head out on your own for two hours, or recieve a two-hour lesson and tour from one of Gold Coast's highly-trained instructors. You'l learn how to knee paddle, stand-up paddle, turn and more as you catch some rays, get a little wet, and burn some calories.
