Why You Should Indulge: The high-sips and tips Indulge Wine School offers classes across the country for vino-loving folk to brush up on their wine facts. Classes are full of wine history and knowledge, tastings of up to six bottles, passed apps and food parings.
What You Will Learn: In your Wine 101 course, you will learn how wine is made, the key components, storage tips and the power of choosing the right glassware. Classes of 15-20 are privately held in some of the area's premiere restaurants, and include the art of food & wine pairing and how to purchase vino bottles on your own. You'll also receive a Wine 101 book, wine buying tips sheet, and food & wine paring chart.
What You Will Sip: While your industry-expert instructor imparts his grapes of wisdom on you, you'll be sipping a sparkling wine (Cara Mia Prosecco), 2 whites (Slanted Door Riesling & Sea Mist Chardonnay), 2 reds (Chime Sonoma Pinot Noir & Magness Napa Valley Cab), and 1 dessert wine (Barnard Griffith Port), all delicately paired with delicious appetizers. Must register for a class within 3 months of purchase, must attend a class within 6 months. Please print and present voucher at your class to redeem. Voucher expires 6 months from date of purchase.
