How You’ll Train: With a Private Pilates session plus three Mat/Spring/Reformer classes, you’ll quickly jump-start your Pilates practice. Youll master the foundations of the fitness art, then follow it up with 60-min group classes combining a Pilates Mat warm-up with Spring Training and Reformer work. You’ll work your legs, butt and arms, while engaging your core in a small, 4-person class setting.
