- Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 9am-4pm, Sun by request only.
- Not valid for redemption on the following black-out dates: 11/17-11/25 or 12/17/12-01/05/13, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Boarding is valid for luxury suites where there are no size restrictions on dog breeds.
- Day-care is valid for full days only, no half-days permitted.
