What You Should Know: Over 60 master chefs from around the world will compete in five Chinese cuisine categories: Sichuan, Shandong, Cantonese, Huaiyang and Northeastern competing for a total of $70,000 in prizes. The televised competition will showcase the chef’s skills to world, and you’ll get a front row seat. This is Times Square like you’ve never seen it.
