Broken up into three parts, you'll participate in a 45-minute Kinetic/Egyptian yoga class with yogi Fabienne Claude, a 45-minute organizing your life lesson with professional organizer Marsha Sims, and a 45-minute demonstration on Raw & Living food with Raul Delle of Green Wave Café.
