What You’ll Learn: You’ll go on a journey from the tap to the keg to the field as you learn about the brewing process, i.e. how to turn water, malt, hops, and yeast into that precious drink you love. You’ll walk out with knowledge of the processes of mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, conditioning and filtering... and plans formulating for your future brewing endeavors.   

What to Know: Owner Brenden Stubblefield, otherwise known as Stubby, is your beer professor at this family owned and operated brewing company. He’ll teach you the ins and outs of the brewing process while responding to your beer-related inquires in a relaxed, friendly setting... no apple for teacher required.
