What You Should Know: Lyon native Chef Zadi is the dean of culinary arts at LA's Ecole de Cuisine Los Angeles and is the "Test Kitchen" contributor for the LA Weekly. He is joined by Susan Park, the program director at Ecole de Cuisine and LA Weekly's Food Culture Map columnist, and together they serve a full dining room Weds-Sun, carry on an exquisite catering service, and lead cooking classes and market tours. Redemption Instructions
Purchase this CBS Local Offers Voucher and receive a unique voucher code in your email. Please call (310) 842-9078 with your voucher number to make a reservation for dinner, or at least 48 hours in advance to place a catering order. Package 1, please print and present voucher to your server prior to ordering. Package 2, please print and present voucher upon delivery of order.
