Not only are the workout challenging and results noticeable, but the music is upbeat and the coaches talented. Each coach started as a boxer at Cappy’s before completing a demanding year-long Coach Training program, certification through USA Boxing, and participates in ongoing bi-weekly coaches workouts – all so they can train you properly.
How You’ll Train: Whether you’ve got golden gloves or golden duds, they'll work with your athleticism to train at a level that suits your capacity. You’ll work ina group setting with a trainer on your personal goals while improving your strength, endurance, flexibility and mental focus - letting you channel your inner Rocky at your own pace.

Fine Print
- Only 1 per customer, and buy 3 for your friends.
- Open to new and existing Cappy's Gym customers.
- Option 1: all five boxing lessons must be redeemed within 3 months of first lesson.
- All sessions are indoors and are 1.5 hours long.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to beginning of your first session to meet the instructor, fill out an information sheet and sign a waiver form.
- Schedule: Mon & Weds, 7:30-9pm; Tues & Thurs, 6:30-8pm & Sat 12-1:30pm.
- Mouthguards are included in your first session.
- All training equipment is provided for your first session. For blocks of sessions, it is recommended you buy your own hand wraps, for purcahse at the gym.
- Not valid for cash/credit back.
- Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other deals.
