What You’ll Do: After slipping into the water and hopping on a paddleboard, you’ll first learn the basics of stand-up paddling. Start building a strong and flexible body, by moving through a series of poses as you work on your balance and perfect your focus. And while you may fall off with a big splash, all classes are conducted on flat water, so there is nothing to fear.
