What You Should Know: Certified Flight Instructor Danny Waizman has been running his flight school for over 15 years, helping New Yorkers obtain their pilot licenses or simply enjoy an hour in the sky on a fleet of Cessna, Piper and Beach planes. Your private lesson will consist of one hour of ground orientation followed by an hour in the air, covering takeoff, landing and flying fundamentals high above New York.
