Why You Should Go: You mastered the knee-board as a tot, were waterskiing on one leg by your teens, and you’ve been known to shred the nar every wave you meet. But if you can’t SUP [Stand Up Paddle] with the best of them, then you’re no longer considered watersport guru. Let DFW Surf turn you pro at the paddle.
What You Can Choose:
- $35 for a stand-up paddleboarding intro lesson and 2-hour board rental for one ($70 value)
- $59 for a stand-up paddleboarding intro lesson and 2-hour board rental for two ($140 value)
What You Should Know: You’ll pair up with a professional and/or certified stand up paddleboard instructor to help you navigate the waters of SUP. You’ll learn water safety, entrance and mounting, proper stance, stroke, balance and turning techniques. Head to Grapevine Lake and get ready to rule the fastest growing water sport in the world.

- Buy 1 for yourself and 1 for a friend.

- Packages include an intro lesson (15 mins of instructions and 45 mins of free paddling) plus a 2-hour paddleboard rental for the same day or another day.
- Hours: Mon-Thurs by appointment only, Fri 3pm-8pm, Sat-Sun 8am-8pm.
- Reservations are required. Please call to schedule your lesson; subject to availability.
- 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
- Lessons are weather dependent.
