- Suitey enables its brokers to be more efficient so they can charge 20% less, or 12% of the annual rent. Voucher is valid for an additional $750 off the broker’s fee.
- Current market rates for standard broker fees may vary, and are about 15% of annual rent.
- Not valid for co-broke transactions (a small percentage of listings where 2 brokers are involved)
- No-fee listings are available in certain areas; fee discount will not apply for a no-fee listing.
- Suitey Service can begin a maximum of 40 days prior to potential move in date.

- Broker’s availability is based on a first come first serve & basis.
